Shareholders are advised that Statucor Proprietary Limited has been appointed as company secretary to Tower 
with effect from 1 January 2020.

The board thanks Ovland Management Services Proprietary Limited, and in particular Fred Jenkings, for their
contribution to the company since inception, and wishes Fred well in his retirement.
