Issuance B.V. – ZA089 Warrants relating to FTSE/JSE Africa Top40
Index due 3 January 2020 under its Note, Warrant and Certificate
Programme dated 3 June 2019 (read with the JSE Placement
Document dated 1 September 2016) as supplemented from time to
time.

Please be advised that the Valuation Date for this Series is 19
December 2019 and the rate will be announced on 24 December
2019.

In this instance, and as set out in the ZA089 Pricing
Supplement, holders of ZA089 Warrants relating to FTSE/JSE
Africa Top40 Index are hereby advised of the salient dates
