Note: No dividends have been declared for the six months ended 31 August 2019 or
31 August 2018.

Revenue decreased by 18.0% to R18.4 million with gross profit decreasing by 11.1% to R13.2
million. Gross profit margins increased by 9.0% to 72.1% and headline loss per share decreased to
0.02 cents.

The Company is in final negotiations to conclude the disposal of its property-owning company; the
property with a current fair value of R14.8 million.
