FORM OF PROXY CORRECTION

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service
(“SENS”) on 5 November 2019 advising that the Company’s Integrated Annual Report for the year
ended 28 February 2019, which contained a notice of the annual general meeting and form of proxy
(“Annual Report”), had been distributed to shareholders.

Shareholders are advised that the date in the sentence: “For use in respect of the Annual General
Meeting to be held at 51 West Street, Houghton at 14:00 on 30 August 2019” should be 4 December
2019 and not 30 August 2019.

The form of proxy remains valid and shareholders should proceed to indicate their voting instructions
on the proxy form included in the Annual Report.
