CHANGES TO THE BOARD


Shareholders are advised that Tinesh Ramprusad has resigned as a non-executive director of New Frontier
with effect from 7 November 2019. The board would like to thank Tinesh for his contribution to New Frontier.

Baboo Ramgolam has been appointed as a non-executive director of New Frontier in his place.

Mr Baboo (Shailen) Ramgolam is a Member of the ACCA. He has over 16 years of professional experience
in the global business sector and has been involved in group structuring, pre-incorporation tax advice,
company set up, general administration, fund administration, secretarial services and also served as director
on several boards of Global Business Companies. Shailen also spent some 6 years in the UK where he worked
for small and medium accounting firms. In addition, he was a Manager in the Corporate Services Team of IQ-
EQ, leading a team of 10 professionals and handling a wide portfolio of clients, including large multi-national
companies and high net-worth individuals. He is currently the Senior Manager – Compliance and Company
Secretarial Services at Osiris Corporate Solutions (Mauritius) Ltd.

New Frontier holds primary listings on the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
