CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Indluplace is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Nindiphiwe Tetyana as an independent non-
executive director to its board of directors (“the Board”) effective 1 November 2019.

Mrs. Tetyana, CA(SA), has more than 17 years’ experience in finance and auditing with expertise across a
range of industries. She currently serves as the financial director of Lesedi and Letsatsi Power Projects. 
Prior to joining Lesedi and Letsatsi Power Projects in 2014, Mrs. Tetyana was a senior audit manager at 
Ernst & Young, Fund CFO at Brait and financial analyst at Absa Retail Banking. She began her auditing and 
finance career at SNG Grant Thornton.

The Board welcomes Mrs. Tetyana to Indluplace and is looking forward to benefitting from her experience.

Shareholders are further advised of the resignation of lead independent non-executive director Gregory
Kinross, with effect from 13 November 2019. Gregory will continue to fulfil his role as a non-executive
director of Arrowhead Properties Limited (previously known as Gemgrow Properties Limited).

The Board thanks Gregory for his contribution to the company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
