Shareholders are further referred to the SENS announcement made on 11th September 2019 which contained the results of the meeting of creditors convened in terms of Section 151 and 152 of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) where the creditors voted in favour of the adoption of the Business Rescue Plans for both Group Five Limited and Group Five Construction (Pty) Limited. The Business Rescue Plan, including detailed annexures, prepared in terms of Section 150 of the Companies Act for each entity is available on the Company’s website (www.g5.co.za). An updated status report of the Business Rescue process for September has also been published on the Group’s website. A group of shareholders of the Company have requested sight of the resolutions that were passed in May 2018 by the Board of Directors to authorise the Bridge Facility agreement and associated Finance Documents.
