UPDATE ON CLOVER ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") announcement released on
10 May 2019 setting out the Company’s operational update and trading statement and advising
shareholders that the Company expected to release its annual financial results for the year ended 30
June 2019 on SENS on or about 10 September 2019.
Shareholders are further referred to the SENS announcement released on 23 August 2019, wherein
they were advised of the extension of date for fulfilment or waiver, if applicable, of all outstanding
conditions precedent to the Clover Scheme from 23 August 2019 to 20 September 2019, pending the
decision of the Competition Tribunal.
We confirm that the Competition Tribunal hearing is set down for 9 September 2019.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that Clover will not be releasing its financial results for the year
ended 30 June 2019 on or about 10 September 2019.
The release of the financial results, and the timing of any such release, will be determined once the
decision of the Competition Tribunal has been made, with reference to both Clover’s obligations in
terms of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and, to the extent applicable, the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited.
