The JSE Limited has granted UBS AG approval for the issue of 100,000 UBS
Long/Short Certificates on Naspers Limited (Long) vs Tencent Holdings
Limited (Short) ("Tranche 2") to be consolidated and form a single series
with the existing issue of 100,000 UBS Long/Short Certificates on Naspers
Limited (Long) vs Tencent Holdings Limited (Short) ("Tranche 1") for
Series 74 & 75.

These listings are issued under the JSE Placement Document for the
Issuance of South African Securities up to an authorised amount of ZAR 14
000 000 000.
