RESIGNATION OF AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Mark Taylor, an executive director of the
Company, with executive responsibility for the Information Communication Technologies
(ICT) Segment, has tendered his resignation from the Reunert board of directors (“Board”),
with effect from 1 October 2019.

Mark’s resignation is due to his decision to emigrate during the latter part of the 2020
calendar year. The Board respects his decision and would like to thank him for the valuable
contribution he has made to the Company during his tenure.

Mark will step down from the Reunert Board at the beginning of the 2020 financial year, on
1 October 2019. In order to ensure continuity and a structured handover, Mark will be
serving an extended notice period and his employment relationship with Reunert will
continue into the 2020 calendar year.
