RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2019


1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue increased by 19% to R1 480 million, from the restated R1 240 million in the prior
     corresponding period.

     Earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation (“EBITDA”) increased
     by 21% to R415 million, from the restated R342 million in the prior corresponding period.

     Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) increased by 44% to 50.0 cents per share, from
     the restated 34.8 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Earnings per share (“EPS”) increased by 64% to 56.9 cents per share, from the restated
     34.8 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Recurring headline earnings increased by 7% to R153 million, from the restated R143
     million in the prior corresponding period.

     Recurring headline earnings per share (“Recurring HEPS”) increased by 7% to 37.1
     cents per share, from the restated 34.8 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.
