CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE

Holdings is pleased to announce that Mr Nick Criticos ((Batchelor of Business
Science University of Cape Town), (Fellow of Institute of Actuaries)) has
been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Liberty Holdings
Limited, effective 1 September 2019. Nick was the Chief Executive Officer of
BMO Real Estate Partners (part of the Bank of Montreal Group) from 2008 until
2019, leading the development and execution of the business strategy and
annual operating plans to build a pan European, and ultimately a Global, Real
Estate Asset Management business. Prior to that he was the Head of Retail
and Investment Trusts, F&C Asset Management plc.
