TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by at least 20%
from the financial results for the previous corresponding period or a profit forecast
previously provided to the market in relation to such period.

Shareholders are accordingly advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that, for the six-month period ended 30 June 2019:

-    Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) is expected to be between 3.0 cents and
     3.14 cents (being an improvement of between 528.5% and 548.0%) compared
     to the headline loss per share of (0.7) cents.
-    Earnings per share (“EPS”) is expected to be between 2.3 cents and 3.6 cents
     (an improvement of between 134.8% and 154.5%) compared to the loss of (6.6)
     cents per share reported for the corresponding prior period.

This financial information has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company’s
auditors.

The unaudited interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2019 will be
published on SENS on or about 2 August 2019.
