SECONDARY LISTING ON A2X


Vunani Limited, a black owned diversified financial services provider, is pleased to advise
shareholders that its ordinary shares will be traded on A2X with effect from 31 July 2019 (the ‘A2X
listing date’).


Vunani Limited will retain its primary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and its
issued share capital will be unaffected by the secondary listing on A2X. Vunani Limited’s ordinary
shares will be available to be traded on both the JSE and A2X from the A2X listing date.


Vunani Limited is a financial services group with offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Harare,
Blantyre, Mbabane and Lusaka. The Company’s operating segments include Fund Management,
Asset Administration, Investment Banking (advisory services and institutional securities broking)
and Private Equity.


A2X is a licensed stock exchange authorised to provide a secondary listing venue for companies
and is regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority in South Africa in terms of the Financial
Markets Act 19 of 2012.
