DISPOSAL OF REBOSIS' SHAREHOLDING IN NEW FRONTIER
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS by Rebosis Property Fund Limited ("Rebosis") on
12 July 2019 and are advised that Rebosis has informed New Frontier that it has disposed of its 49.35% shareholding
in New Frontier through the disposal of 7 wholly-owned subsidiaries, each of which hold New Frontier shares
(the "Rebosis transaction").
Following the implementation of the Rebosis transaction, Henry Dednam will hold 20.35% of the New Frontier shares
in issue and Orion Hotels & Resorts (Africa) Proprietary Limited will hold 29% of the New Frontier shares in issue.
New Frontier holds primary listings on the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
