DEALINGS IN SECURITIES IN TERMS OF THE EPP LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN


Shareholders are advised of the following information relating to the vesting of the third tranche of shares
granted to members of key personnel pursuant to the terms of the EPP Long-term Incentive Plan ("LTI Plan")
and for which the lock-up period ends on the first business day of July 2021. Shareholders are further advised
that the 800 000 shares vested in respect of Dean Hadley will be held in terms of a depository agreement for the
duration of the lock-up period. EPP purchased 1 850 000 shares on-market at a volume weighted average price
of R18.5842 per share in order to settle the third tranche. The shares have been granted to the individuals set 
out below in their capacity as members of key personnel of the non-Dutch affiliated of EPP.
