POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
integrated annual report (“Integrated Report”), incorporating the summarised audited
consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 28 February
2019 (“Summarised Financial Statements”) and the notice of the annual general meeting
of the Company (“Notice of AGM”) was dispatched to Shareholders today, 28 June 2019.
The following reports will also be available on the Company’s website, at
http://bit.ly/HulisaniIntegratedReport19 as from today, 28 June 2019:
1. the Integrated Report, incorporating the Summarised Financial Statements; and
2. the full audited consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year
ended 28 February 2019.
NOTICE OF AGM
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 12:00, Friday,
30 August 2019 at 4th floor, North Tower, 90 Rivonia Road, Sandton to transact the business
as set out in the notice of AGM which forms part of the Integrated Report.
The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 23 August 2019, with the last day to
trade being Tuesday, 20 August 2019.
B-BBEE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual compliance report
in terms of section 13G(2) of the B-BBEE Act has been published and is available on the
Company’s website at https://hulisani.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Hulisani-Limited-
BEE-Certificate.pdf.
