FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE CHANGE OF NAME

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 7 May 2019 in respect of the proposed
change of name of the Company to ‘Bauba Resources Limited’ (“Change of Name”), the ‘Results of General
Meeting’ announcement released on SENS on 5 June 2019, wherein shareholders were advised that, inter alia,
the resolution approving the Change of Name was passed by the requisite majority of shareholders and the
‘Update in Respect of the Change of Name’ announcement released on SENS on 25 June 2019, wherein
shareholders were advised, inter alia, that the previously published salient dates and times pertaining to the
Change of Name were no longer applicable as the Company was still awaiting registration of the relevant
resolution (“Special Resolution”) by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”)..

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Special Resolution necessary for the Change of Name, together with
all prescribed documents, has been registered by CIPC.

Accordingly, the salient dates pertaining to the Change of Name have been finalised and are as follows:

Dematerialised shareholders will have their accounts at their CSDP or

Notes:

1. Shareholders may not dematerialise or rematerialise their Bauba Platinum Limited shares after the last day
   to trade in respect of the Change of Name.

2. Share certificates and surrender forms received after 12:00 on the Record Date will have their replacement
   certificates posted within five business days of receipt of surrender forms.
