Further to the FTSE/JSE notice released on 13 June 2019, FTSE/JSE notes that the indicative dates
associated with the transaction have been extended, noting that the indicative effective date and listing
date of the NewCo (now expected to be named “Prosus”) is now expected to occur in September 2019.

FTSE/JSE will continue to monitor for an updated timetable and subsequently publish an updated notice
soon thereafter.
