Change of Company Secretary
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby advised that PPC has appointed a permanent Company Secretary of the Company, Ms Kristell
Holtzhausen, with effect from 3 June 2019. Kristell will be replacing Mr Paul Philippus Maré, the
Interim Company Secretary.
Kristell is a seasoned company secretary with a career spanning over two decades. She has previously
worked at a variety of major listed entities and unlisted groups. In addition she also served as company
secretary for State Owned Enterprises and played a leading role in its governance teams. She has,
over the years, gained an in depth knowledge of corporate governance in multi-national companies
and the implementation of governance frameworks in complex environments.
We are pleased to welcome Kristell and have no doubt that her invaluable exposure will add great
value to the business given her extensive experience and skills.
