Amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements: JSE Consultation Paper

We refer to the announcement dated 19 September 2018 whereby the JSE invited comments on the
JSE Consultation Paper.

The JSE has formulated the amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements as proposed in the JSE
Consultation Paper, taking into account all public comments received.

The marked-up amendments along with an explanatory memorandum will be available on the JSE’s
website (Route: Companies & Issuer Regulation/Issuer Regulation – Announcements regarding
Listings Requirements).

We invite comments on the amendments to the Requirements by close of business, Friday, 24 May
2019, and comments can be sent directly to consultation@jse.co.za.
