Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Report in respect of the year ended
31 December 2018, containing the annual financial statements has, today, been distributed to
shareholders and is available on the Company’s website (http://ir.hulamin.com/financial-reports).

Neither the audited annual financial statements nor the Audit Report contain any modifications in
respect of the summarised provisional consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 December
2018, which were released on SENS on 25 March 2019.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of shareholders will be held at the
Company’s offices, Moses Mabhida Road, Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal on Wednesday,
15 May 2019 at 15:00 to transact the business as set out in the notice. The salient dates relevant to
the AGM are set out below:
