APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR


In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange (“JSE”), shareholders are advised that Mr Andreas Johann Ritzlmayr will join the
Board as an Executive Financial Director, with effect from 1 April 2019.

Mr Ritzlmayr brings with him a wealth of experience having been a Member of the South
African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) since 1992 with over 25 years working
experience.

He was previously the Financial Director of ERP.com Holdings Limited, an Information
Technology company that was listed on the JSE in 1999 until 2007 and has held other senior
level positions in Financial and Operational management roles, specifically in the retail,
construction and mining industries.

The Board of Directors welcomes Mr Ritzlmayr to the Board and looks forward to working
with him as part of the executive team.
