Glencore announces that its 2019 AGM will be held at Theater-Casino Zug,
Artherstrasse 2–4, Switzerland on 9 May 2019 at 11 a.m. Central European Summer
Time.

For this purpose, the following documents are being posted or made available
to shareholders from today:

   -   Notice of 2019 AGM; and
   -   Form of Proxy for the AGM.

Glencore will today submit to the UK Storage Mechanism a copy of this AGM Notice
