RDI, the FTSE 250 income focused UK-REIT, hosted an investor day and property tour in London on
Thursday, 28 June 2018.

The focus of the day was on landlords becoming service providers and the importance that active asset
management plays in generating long-term sustainable and growing income. The event was hosted by the
management teams of RDI and its strategic operational partners, Office Space in Town and RBH Hotel Group.
The Company presented a strategic update on its recent hotels and serviced office acquisitions and hosted a
panel debate. The panel included our operational partners and external sector experts, corroborating the
structural change in occupier demand driving the need for flexibility and high-quality services.

platforms and nearly a third of the portfolio invested in hotels and London serviced offices.

RDI holds a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange and is included within the FTSE 250, EPRA, GPR, JSE All Property and JSE Tradeable Property
