CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Ipeleng Nonkululeko Mkhari has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive
Director to the board of directors of Attacq (“the Board”) with effect from 15 March 2018.

Ipeleng is the founder and CEO of Motseng Investment Holdings (“MIH”) a diversified investment holdings group
with investments spanning asset management, property management, infrastructure investing, logistics and industrial
manufacturing. MIH acts as the lead promoter of Delta Property Fund Limited, a leading black-managed and owned
REIT, which listed on the JSE during 2012.

She holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree, has completed The Executive Development Programme at Wits Business 
School and is an Archbishop Tutu Fellow.

During Ipeleng’s 20 year entrepreneurial career, she has served on various boards of unlisted and listed businesses,
public sector agencies and non-profit organisations. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of KAP Industrial
Holdings Limited, Nampak Limited and South African Property Owners Association.

The Board welcomes Ipeleng and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
