FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF FOURSIGHT HOLDINGS LIMITED AND ITS
SUBSIDIARIES (“FOURSIGHT SOUTH AFRICA”)


With reference to the announcement published on Monday, 15 January 2018, shareholders are
advised that the financial information that was extracted from the Annual Financial Statements
were prepared in accordance with the following:

Casewise South Africa CC        Audited in accordance with International Financial Reporting
(since converted to a           Standards for Small and Medium-sized Entities for the year ended 28
private company)                February 2017. No modification of audit opinion.

Visualtics    CC     (since     The accounting officer performed the duties in relation to Visualitics
