CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised of a change to the Sasfin board of directors (“Board”) as
set out below.
Appointment of a Group Financial Director
Angela Pillay has been appointed as Group Financial Director with effect from 1
March 2018 and will also be a director of various Sasfin subsidiaries including Sasfin
Bank Limited.
Angela is the outgoing Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Liberty Financial Services
(LibFin). She has 15 years of banking experience in designing, leading and
implementing a broad range of initiatives to support business strategy. Prior to
joining Liberty, Angela was employed at Barclays and First National Bank
respectively. She is a qualified CA (SA) with a Master’s Degree in Financial Services
and has completed an Executive Leadership Course.
The Board welcomes Angela and looks forward to the knowledge and experience
she will contribute.
