Dividend Declaration- CFRIHF INVESTEC WARRANTS JSE SHARE CODE: CFRIHF JSE ISIN CODE: ZAE000232534 DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON COMPAGNIE FINANCIERE RICHEMONT SA HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES – (“CFRIHF”) With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA have declared a dividend of 242.91486 ZAR cents per ordinary share at the annual general meeting on 13 September 2017, which will be payable on Thursday, 28 September 2017 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 22 September 2017. Swiss withholding tax rate is 35%, resulting in a net dividend of 157.89466 ZAR cents per share. In addition to the Swiss withholding tax there will be a South African withholding tax of 5% on the gross dividend of 242.91486 which results in a net dividend amount payable of 145.74892. In line with the announcement no local dividend tax rate will apply. Accordingly, the warrant holders of CFRIHF, will receive a Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA dividend amount of 145.74892 ZAR cents per security on Thursday, 28 September 2017 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
