Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”), as Issuer of the above Equity Structured Product (ESP), hereby reminds holders of
the option expiry on 16 March 2017.


The Put Strike Price exceeded the Final Reference Price on the Expiry Date and hence the Put Option will be
automatically exercised.

The Holders’ Underlying Securities will be sold at the equivalent Put Strike Price per Share and a cash amount of
R 12,476.85 per each ESPIBB’s held shall be settled through STRATE on 23 March 2017.
