RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with Section 3.59 of the listing requirements of the JSE Limited, that as a result of the
disposal by The Bidvest Group Limited (“Bidvest”) of its entire shareholding in the Company, David
Edward Cleasby and Gillian Claire McMahon (Bidvest appointed directors), have tendered their
resignation as directors of the Company with immediate effect.

The board and management of the Company wish to thank both David and Gillian for their valued
dedication and contribution to the development of the Company over the past few years.
