Special resolution 1 to approve financial assistance to related and inter-related companies with a 99.94% majority; 2. Special resolution 2 to authorise the company and/or its subsidiaries to acquire its linked units with a 96.58% majority; 3. Special resolution 3 regarding the approval of directors’ remuneration for the period 1 September 2014 to 31 August 2015 with a 92.64% majority; 4. Ordinary resolutions 1.1 to 1.2 to re-elect Messrs DP Cohen and PJ Strydom as directors with a 99.96% majority respectively; 5. Ordinary resolution 1.3 to confirm the appointment of Mr GH Kemp as director with a 99.96% majority; 6. Ordinary resolution 2 to place the unissued linked units under the directors’ control with a 84.47% majority; 7. Ordinary resolution 3 to approve the issue of linked units for cash with a 97.81% majority; 8. Ordinary resolutions 4.1 to 4.4 to approve the re-appointment of members of the audit committee: - Mr PJ Strydom with a 99.96% majority; - Mr DP Cohen with a 99.96% majority; - Mr GH Kemp with a 99.96% majority; - Mr MZ Pollack with a 84.71% majority; 9. Ordinary resolution 5 to approve the re-appointment of auditors with a 99.96% majority; 10. Ordinary resolution 6 to approve the remuneration philosophy by way of a non- binding advisory vote with a 97.83% majority; and 11.
