FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 19 June
2013 and in the press on 20 May 2013, and to the joint
announcements released by the Company with Bidvest Group Limited
("Bidvest") on SENS on 28 May 2013 and in the press on 29 May 2013
in respect of the firm intention letter received by the Company
from Bidvest ("Proposed Transaction"), shareholders are advised
that the independent board of directors, together with the
independent expert, are still formulating their opinions on the
Proposed Transaction which, when concluded, may have a material
effect on the price of the Company’s securities.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
