In compliance with AIM rules, Eastern Platinum Limited (`Eastplats`) reports on 
the following transaction by a Director in the Company`s common shares.         
On April 10, 2008, Mr. Gordon Keep, a non-executive director of the Company,    
notified the Company that he exercised warrants to purchase 31,250 common shares
in the Company at Cdn$2.00 per share. These warrants expire on April 25, 2008.  
As a result of this exercise, Mr. Keep currently holds 168,750 common shares of 
Eastplats.
