APPOINTMENT AND CHANGES TO RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTORS


In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised
that Mr Gcobani Mancotywa has retired from the Company's Human Resources, Remuneration and Nominations Committee with effect from
15 October 2025 subsequent to his appointment to the Company's Audit and Risk Committee.

Noteholders are further advised that the Board of ACSA has appointed Ms Lwazikazi Nopece ("Ms Nopece") as the non-executive
director of the company with effect from 15 October 2025. This appointment follows her nomination by the Public Investment
Corporation to fill a vacancy on the Board. Following her appointment, Ms Nopece has been appointed as a member of the
Company's Board Investment Committee, Information, Communication, Technology Committee and Human Resources, Remuneration and
Nominations Committee subsequent to her appointment as the Non- Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 15 October 2025.

Noteholders are further advised that Dr Kgabo Badimo has been appointed as the lead independent director with effect from 15
October 2025 in accordance with the Board Charter.

The appointments of the directors were made pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of the issuer.

The Board welcomes Ms Nopece and the appointment of Dr Kgabo Badimo and looks forward to their valuable contributions to the Company.
