TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Mahube's shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company and its directors have reasonable certainty that earnings and headline earnings per
share are expected to be between 58.21 cents per share and 64.34 cents per share for the year ended
28 February 2025, being a decrease of between 32.87% and 39.26%, compared to basic and headline earnings
of 95.85 cents per share reported for the previous comparable period, being the year ended 29 February 2024.

The abovementioned decrease is mainly due to lower dividends received from Mahube's investee companies in
the financial period under review when compared to dividends received in the previous financial period, which
included special dividends received resulting from the refinancing of the solar projects.

The financial information in this trading statement has not been reviewed and reported on by the auditors of

 May 2025.
