CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF DIRECTOR AND APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 6 March 2026 regarding the resignation
of the Company's Chief Financial Officer and executive director.

In compliance with paragraph 6.71(c) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited ("Listings
Requirements"), the board of directors of Cilo Cybin ("the Board") hereby advises shareholders that Ms
Jessica Moodley-Theron, who has been serving as a non-executive director of the Company, has had a
change in function to an executive director of the Company, with effect from 1 May 2026.

The Board has approved the appointment of Ms Jessica Moodley-Theron as acting Chief Financial Officer
and Financial Director of the Company, with effect from 1 May 2026. Ms Moodley-Theron will fulfil this role on
a full-time basis pending the appointment of a permanent Chief Financial Officer and Financial Director.

Ms Moodley-Theron has in-depth knowledge of the Company's business, operations, financial processes,
regulatory environment and strategic direction.

The Board, having considered the recommendation of the audit committee, is satisfied that Ms Moodley-
Theron has the necessary knowledge, qualifications, expertise and experience to fulfil the role of Acting Chief
Financial Officer and Financial Director effectively.

Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of a permanent Chief Financial Officer and Financial Director
in due course.
