NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

CCT hereby notifies its noteholders that it has publicly released its Integrated Annual Report for the
year ended 30 June 2025 ("Annual Report"), incorporating the consolidated annual financial
statements ("AFS"), and that the auditor's report ("Auditor's Report") prepared by the Auditor-General
of South Africa ("AGSA") is unqualified.


The Integrated Annual Report, containing the consolidated annual financial statements, is available on
the Municipality's website at [insert weblink] and for inspection at the registered office of CCT at 12
Hertzog Boulevard, Cape Town, 8001, upon request.
