TAKE UP OF SCRIP DISTRIBUTION BY ASSOCIATES OF DIRECTORS, ASSOCIATES OF
PRESCRIBED OFFICERS AND PRESCRIBED OFFICERS


Unless expressly defined in this announcement, capitalised terms herein have the meaning ascribed to them
in the Circular distributed to Shareholders on Tuesday, 28 July 2026, setting out the terms of the Cash
Dividend and the Scrip Distribution Alternative.

Shareholders are referred to paragraph 7 of the Circular, which set out that:

o   the Directors of the Company who hold Acsion Ordinary Shares; and

o   the prescribed officers of the Company,

may elect to receive the Scrip Distribution Shares in respect of all or part of their shareholding in Acsion, on
the same terms as all other Shareholders.

The details of the associates of Directors, associate of the prescribed officers and prescribed officers who
made elections to receive the Scrip Distribution Shares, and who received such Acsion Ordinary Shares on
17 August 2026 in terms of the Scrip Distribution, are set out below. The transaction value reflects the price
per Scrip Distribution Share of 936.7635 ZAR cents.
