Investors are advised that an additional 50,000 Actively Managed Certificates ("AMC") of ABAM2 will be listed on the JSE
at an approximate price of ZAR1000.00 per AMC, with effect from 15 January 2026.

Following the listing there will be 50,200 AMCs in issue for ABAM2.

The Notes will be cleared and settled through the Central Securities Depositary, Strate Proprietary Limited.
