Shareholders are advised of the following dealings in securities by the directors, a prescribed officer and the
company secretary of Rex Trueform and by a director of a major subsidiary of Rex Trueform (the
"Participants") following the award of nil cost shares (the "Awards") on Thursday, 27 November 2025 in
terms of the Rex Trueform Group Limited Share Incentive Scheme (the "Scheme"). In accordance with the
rules of the Scheme, the Awards were accepted on Wednesday, 3 December 2025 and will vest on Monday,
8 December 2025 (being three business days after acceptance of the Award) ("Vesting Date"), subject to the
respective Participant still being in the employ of the Company as at the Vesting Date. Certain Participants
have elected that their respective Awards be settled net of the portion of their shares required to settle their
respective tax liabilities.
