The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited has repurchased the
entire issue of AMC017 Listed Note issued under its Structured
Note Programme with Suspension Date being 28 November 2034 and
Maturity Date being 11 December 2034 as at the Issue Date
(which are no longer applicable), and has requested the JSE
Limited that AMC017 be de-listed effective 28 November 2025.


The purpose for the repurchase is due to the Noteholders
redeeming all the Notes and have effectively been paid in full
by the Issuer.


The new salient dates for the early termination are set out
below:
Last Date to Trade              Monday, 24 November 2025
Suspension date                 Tuesday, 25 November 2025
Record Date                     Thursday, 27 November 2025
Termination date                Friday, 28 November 2025


There is no payment due to be paid for AMC017.
