CHANGE IN THE NATURE OF A DIRECTOR'S HOLDINGS IN THE COMPANY


Shareholders are advised that on 26 June 2026, Mr WD Nel ("Mr Nel"), the financial director of the Company,
disposed of 63,360 AOE "N" ordinary shares at a price of R22.17 for a total value of R1,404,691.20 to Marlof
Investments 20 Proprietary Limited ("Marlof"). Marlof is an associate of Mr Nel as Marlof is wholly-owned by The
WD Nel Trust of which Mr Nel is a trustee. The transaction results in a change in the nature of his interest from direct
beneficial to indirect beneficial. The transaction was conducted off-market and clearance to deal was received.
