Notification to Noteholder following Observation Date outcome on Monday, 03
August 2026 for UBS Autocallable Note UBS005

Further to the announcement published on Monday, 20 July 2026, UBS AG, as
Issuer of the abovementioned Note, hereby notifies noteholders that the
conditions for early exercise have been met.

On Monday, 03 August 2026 (the Early Termination Observation Date), UBS AG
confirms that the Index Closing Level of each underlying was above its
Mandatory Early Termination Level. Accordingly, an Early Termination Event
occurred, and the Note will be redeemed early.

Each holder will receive the Early Termination Amount, which is equal to
the Calculation Amount plus Rate of Coupon Amount. The Note will be
suspended from trading with effect from Wednesday, 05 August 2026.
