CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
Toyota Financial Services hereby advises noteholders that Mr Rob Gwerengwe, the appointed chief executive
officer of WesBank (a division of FirstRand Bank Limited), has been appointed as a non-executive director of
the Issuer, with effect from 16 December 2025, in order to fill a vacancy on the Issuer's board following the
resignation of Mr Ghana Msibi.

The Issuer confirms that the appointment of Mr Gwerengwe was made in accordance with the Issuer's
nomination policy.
