Notice of annual general meeting

Shareholders and noteholders ("security holders") are advised that the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM")
(with the summarised consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 August 2025) will be distributed today and is
available on the reporting suite of the Company's website at:
https://octodec.co.za/investor-information/#reporting-suite.

The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 4 February 2026, at 11:00 am by way of electronic participation. The last day to
trade in order to be eligible to attend, participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 27 January 2026,
and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 30 January 2026. Full details for purposes of electronic participation
are set out in the notice of AGM.

Integrated reporting suite

Security holders are advised that Octodec's 2025 integrated reporting suite, comprising the integrated report,
sustainability report and audited annual financial statements of the Company and the Group for the year ended
31 August 2025 (the "AFS"), has been published. The documents are available on the Company's website at:
https://octodec.co.za/investor-information/#reporting-suite.

The AFS are audited by the Company's auditors, Ernst & Young Inc., who have expressed an unmodified audit opinion
thereon. The audit opinion is incorporated in the AFS.
