SBC219 issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited has
been partially reduced in the amount of ZAR 122,866,667 (the
"Capital Redemption Amount") by the JSE Limited effective
21 December 2025. The partial capital reduction of the Note is
due to the fact that The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited,
as the issuer thereof is required to reduce the Nominal Amount
by the Capital Redemption Amount in accordance with paragraphs
32 and 33 of the applicable pricing supplement for SBC219. The
remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of SBC219 in issue after the
partial reduction is ZAR245,733,333. The "record date" (as such
term is defined in the Debt & Specialists Securities Listings
Requirements) is 19 December 2025.
