WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 7 May 2026 and to the subsequent renewal
of cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 31 July 2026, shareholders are hereby advised
that negotiations with a non-related third party regarding the potential disposal of certain assets have been
terminated.

Accordingly, caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in the Company’s securities.
