AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Availability of integrated reporting suite

Shareholders are advised that the Company's integrated report suite, including the integrated report and corporate
governance report, has been published. The documents are available on Delta's website as follows:

The set of documents also includes the audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2025 (the "FY2025
AFS"), which contain no changes from the FY2025 AFS published on SENS on 29 May 2025 and on which the
Company's auditors, KPMG Incorporated, have expressed an unmodified audit opinion.

Notice of annual general meeting

The integrated reporting suite includes a notice of annual general meeting ("AGM"), which has been dispatched to
shareholders. The AGM will be held at 9:00 on Friday, 29 August 2025 in the boardroom of the Company's registered
offices, Building 3, Silver Stream Office Park, 10 Muswell Road South, Bryanston, as well as virtually via an online
platform.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 19 August 2025, and the
record date for voting purposes is Friday, 22 August 2025.
