preference shares (the "Preference Shares")

Declaration of dividend number 5

Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 5 has been declared from retained earnings for
the period from 20 June 2025 to and including 21 December 2025 amounting to 148,735.99007 ZAR
cents per Preference Share payable to Preference Shareholders as recorded in the books of Investec
Bank (Mauritius) Limited ("the Company") at the close of business on Friday, 19 December 2025.

The relevant dates relating to the payment of dividend number 5 are as follows:

    ZAR cents per Preference Share
•   Preference Shareholders who are exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a gross
    dividend of 148,735.99007 ZAR cents per Preference Share
•   Preference Shareholders who are not exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a net
